東京・青山にある駐日ブラジル大使館のファザード壁面が、ブラジル出身の現代アート作家ヴィック・ムニースの作品で飾られたことを記念して、除幕式が執り行われました。除幕式にて塩原将志がアンドレ・コヘア・ド・ラーゴ駐日ブラジル大使閣下とともにスピーチを行いました。
